The 2 plots of 99-year leasehold land parcels listed for sale by the Housing Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) at Yishun Ave 9 and Tanah Merah Kechil Link concurrently were the very first GLS bids to conclude since the pandemic started. Out of a total of seven bids submitted by the HDB, Sing Holdings offered the highest price for the 21,514 square meter executive condominium (EC) site at Yishun Ave 9 at $373.5 million (or a land cost of $576 psf ppr).
